Fees

I offer 1 free, 15 minute telephone consultation in order to provide you with the opportunity to determine if I’m the right therapist for you. I encourage you to utilize that time to ask me any questions you may have about therapy and how my services may be able to help you. No question is too small, and it’s your right to be as well-informed as possible! If you determine that you would like to move forward in our therapeutic relationship, the following fees will apply:

  • The first initial intake session and each individual therapy session is $125 for 50 minutes. Individual therapy sessions utilizing EMDR are $150 for 50 minutes.

  • Each family therapy session is $135 for 50 minutes.*

  • Each group therapy session is $40/person per 50 minute session.

  • Each single collateral session** is $35/current client per 30 minute call or in-person collateral.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash, all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders or cashier checks. Please make money orders, personal and cashier checks payable to “Inland Empire Art Therapy.” At this time, I do not accept any form of insurance. I realize this may be a challenge for some, and I can provide superbills once per month that you can submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement of your therapy sessions.***

I have a 24-hour cancelation policy. I have this in place to ensure that I plan and prepare for our session together, and in order to provide you with my undivided attention during the session. If you don’t show for our scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee. I also reserve the right to charge the full fee if the session is suddenly canceled within the 24 hour window prior to the scheduled session.

*If the client is a minor child, family sessions include a parent collateral to provide supportive interventions to be implemented outside of the therapy session. If more time is needed, I reserve the right to charge my full fee for a collateral session.

**Collateral sessions are designed to support the parent or caregiver of a minor client. This time is spent discussing parenting strategies and any other relevant content that will assist the minor child in meeting their treatment goals.

***(There is no guarantee that any or part of your session will be covered by your insurance provider. This is all determined by your individual plan, whether your deductible has been met for the year, and if your provider covers out of network providers. It would be in your best interest to check with your insurance provider prior to your first session to inquire into whether you are covered for out of network therapy visits.
